All Merit Brass Products, both manufactured and distributed are free from Persistent, bio accumulative toxins (PBT) as listed in the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 6(h) as determined on March 8, 2022. Our parts do not contain any of the 5 substances
of concern listed below:
(PIP (3:1)) is a chemical substance that is used as a plasticizer, a flame retardant, an
anti-wear additive, or an anti-compressibility additive in hydraulic fluid, lubricating oils,
lubricants and greases, various industrial coating, adhesives, sealants, and plastic
articles
These substances are not used in the manufacture of, or raw materials of any of our products, therefore, Merit Brass products are fully compliant with TSCA Section 6.
